Consolidated management P&L dashboard

Custom JS

About this project

A management P&L for a two-company group: a consumer-goods business, a SaaS business, and the consolidated group, where the fees one company bills the other are eliminated. One statement layout serves all three, so every company reads the same way.

Four views. The P&L statement compares actual with budget and prior year line by line, with the full-year budget and latest estimate alongside. Key figures put twelve KPIs on one screen. Analysis walks net revenue from budget to actual (volume, price / mix and FX) and lists the eight largest variances. Profitability breaks margins down by region, channel, category or segment.

Filters cover period, versions, reporting currency, constant currency and slices. When a slice is chosen, costs that are not booked to slices are shared out by net revenue, and the report says so.

No BI tool and no backend: the browser loads three compressed data files and a TypeScript engine computes every number, reconciled to the source data's 552 control totals. The figures are synthetic.
